CROSSVILLE — Patsy Jean Morgan and Leon Brien Steele were united in marriage Dec. 31 by Jule Bryson, county clerk. After a honeymoon in Oswego, NY (the groom's hometown), the couple will make their home in Flagstaff, AZ.
