CROSSVILLE — The 28th annual Pioneer Day on the Mountain Heritage Festival was held Sept. 15 at the Cumberland County Fairgrounds. It is Cumberland County’s longest running festival. Each year, the event provides the public with an opportunity to revisit the good old days, take wagon rides, look at exhibits and enjoy live entertainment.
