Who will be crowned the Glade American Idle? Who will solve the mystery of the night and become known as the Glade’s super sleuth?
Come for a fun evening of dinner, entertainment, and a hilarious spoof of the famous original show that has captured the nation's energy and excitement. Upbeat from the beginning as Paula O’Doule, Simon Foul and Randy Jax along with a few others work the crowd to see who in the audience is brave enough to compete for a spot on “American Idle — Glade Style.” The lucky contestants who will be on stage will have a minute and a half to impress our distinguished panel of judges including audience members who will become a part of the panel. Who will make it to the second and final round? Who will get the buzzer as the crowd jeers the judges? There will be hilarity, intrigue, mystery and interactive audience participation by those who desire to be "ham for an evening."
You’ll hear the lovely Wynonna Juggs, founder of Doublecup Records and queen of country music who will also reward our Idle winner with a million dollar recording contract (fat chance). Also for your music pleasure Paul Ankle, famous teen idol of the '50s and '60s, will entertain and be one of the hosts.
Just what will happen? What is the intrigue? Who will be responsible? Will it be a one of the star struck rejected contestants or one of our overzealous judges or…will it be someone else in the crowd? You will help to solve the mystery and vote for the Idle of your choice who will go home with the trophy of American Idle — Glade Style. Someone will claim the name of Super Sleuth. Sit back, relax and enjoy the mayhem, mystery, music and the hilarity. Be prepared for a roaring good time, but beware, you may become part of the mystique!
