Cynthia Engelke of “Knee Deep In Weeds,” of the Crossville Homesteads, presents an Artisan Bread making workshop. Just in time for Thanksgiving you’ll learn a simple, quick and easy recipe that delivers rich golden loaves that are crispy on the outside and buttery soft on the inside. Engelke says, “This bread is sure to please. At a cost of about 45 cents per loaf, it’s egg free and vegan approved. What could be easier than a faster, cheaper and better way to make bread?”
