CROSSVILLE — Three very old cushmans in our bone yard were revived this winter...ala Frankenstein. Ace mechanic, Johnny Whitaker, was able to use the engine from the 1976 cushman, a rear end and transmission from the 1985 model, and the chasis from a 1987 to create a much needed utility truckster for golf course maintenance. A new, modern cushman is still on our wish list but this one will help ease a few of our transportation woes.
