Tournament #9 was held July 28, with Stan Smith and his son, Jeff, taking first-place honors, with 4 lbs. 13 oz. Second place went to the ladies — Holly Hollingsworth and Evelyn Tanksley, with 4 lbs. 7 oz. Third place was Denver Hogston and Denny Wunder, with 4 lbs.
Tournament #10 was held on Aug. 11, with the first place again going to Stan Smith and his son, Jeff, with a good catch of 8 lbs. 14 oz. Second place was Rick Donavan and his partner, Jan, with a 6 lbs. 9 oz. catch. Good job, you all. Third place was R&R;, Ron Brown and Ron Pulley, with 6 lbs. 2 oz.
Tournament #11 was held on Aug. 25 with Denver Hogston and Denny Wunder taking first place with 5 lbs. 1 oz. Second place was Jim Tucker and Ron Brown, with 3 lbs. 11 oz. Third place was Shawn Kipper and partner, Anthony, with 3 lbs. 6 oz.
