Each year as spring approaches Lake Tansi, things begin to grow and proliferate. Daffodils begin to show themselves. Tulips come through the ground and trees bud. Ah yes, spring is a wonderful time of the year.
This year, however, you will see less of a perpetual harbinger of spring, but that is a good thing. As the weather gets warmer the "Home for Sale" signs begin to sprout. This spring, thanks to the cooperation of the Crossville area realtors, one sign has replaced as many as six other signs. The new signs on Dunbar Road indicate that a member of the Crossville Chapter of Realtors has a house for sale on a particular road. More specific signs are further down the road to guide a prospective buyer to the property for sale. A big "Thank You!" goes out to the board of directors of the Crossville Chapter of Realtors and all the members that made this happen to keep our community aesthetically pleasing.
