CROSSVILLE —
Traffic on Cook Rd., just east of Stone Memorial High School, was tied up for about an hour Friday afternoon when this ABF Freight Systems of Cookeville truck got tangled in a telephone cable. The truck stopped to make a delivery at a body shop and drove into the parking lot with no problems, but when Elroy Hodge, 56, of Burgess Falls Rd., Sparta, tried to exit the driveway, the low cable got tangled on the trailer of his truck, almost causing the truck to overturn. No one was injured in the incident, according to Ptl. Curtis Phillips' report.
