The Crossville Housing Authority Resident Council wants the community to know what to do when an emergency happens. They are sponsoring a community-wide meeting March 30 at 6 p.m. in the Crossville Housing Authority meeting room at 67 Irwin St.
Representatives from local agencies, including the American Red Cross, Cumberland County Sheriff's Department, Cumberland County Emergency Management Agency, Cumberland County Health Department and the Salvation Army will present information on how to prepare for and what to do during an emergency situation, from tornadoes to hazardous materials spills and other disasters.
