The Cumberland County Veterans Council will sponsor a Veterans Day ceremony Nov. 11 at the Cumberland County Memorial Veterans Park. The ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. with the Cumberland County Band performing. The Veterans Honor Guard will post the colors and there will be special guests and a speaker.
The Cumberland County Band will perform patriotic songs from 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the park. The downtown area of Crossville will have the streets blocked off for the ceremony, so please consider arriving early. Some seating will be available, but everyone is encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
