The annual Farm-City Breakfast, sponsored by the Cumberland County Farm Bureau, is scheduled for Nov. 18 at the Cumberland Mountain State Park Restaurant.
Tonya Hinch, president of Don Hinch and Associates and chair of economic restructuring for Downtown Crossville, Inc., will be the featured speaker.
Since returning home from successful careers with Fortune 500 companies in Cincinnati, Los Angeles and New York City, Hinch has devoted much of her time and energy to the history, redevelopment and revitalization of downtown Crossville. She will brief this year's Farm-City audience on plans for updating and changes for the downtown area.
Reservations for the 6:30 a.m. breakfast are required as seating is limited. Call 484-5131 to make reservations.
National Farm-City Week is observed each year during Thanksgiving week to express gratitude for the bounty with which God has blessed the land and to recognize the interdependence between rural and urban citizens.
