On Sunday, Nov. 22, MADD Upper Cumberland and the 13th Judicial District Attorney General's Office will hold their 17th annual Candlelight Vigil of Remembrance and Hope. The program will be held at the Wesley Arena Theatre located at 271 East 9th Street in Cookeville and is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. CST. Injury and bereaved victims of impaired driving crashes and family members of homicide victims will gather to pay tribute to lives lost or forever changed due to sudden tragic events.
Participants are urged to bring a framed photo of their lived one to share during the program.
