Work has begun on the new Welcome to Crossville sign planned for Water Tank Hill. The sign is the work of Downtown Crossville Inc., an organization working on downtown revitalization. The large rock will be placed upright and the donated Welcome to Crossville sign will be mounted to it. Boulders will be placed at the site and a water fountain is planned. Much of the labor and materials for the project have been donated.
