Volunteer Energy Cooperative is experiencing telephone problems. The problems are intermittent and include the dropping of incoming calls. The problems are being experienced at all of VEC’s Customer Service Centers as well as at VEC’s Corporate Offices.
VEC is working to resolve this problem. In the meantime, VEC apologizes for any inconvenience. Customers are advised that if they have difficulty calling a VEC office, please hang up and try your call again.
