The Cumberland County elementary junior varsity basketball league will resume play on Thursday, Oct. 29, after taking taking three days for the fall break, while the varsity teams continue practice for their regular season opener on Tuesday, Nov. 10.
The varsity feeder schools for CCHS will participate in the "Meet the Jets" activities on Saturday, Nov. 7, while those teams zoned to SMHS, will be involved in the "Panther Preview" on Friday, Nov. 6. More details will be announced later.

The Cumberland County High School basketball teams traveled to Coffee County Tuesday for two District 6AAA games, and came home 0-2, after a 55-46 loss to the Lady Raiders and a 73-67 setback to the Red Raiders.
