The Stone Memorial Lady Panther volleyball team went 1-2 in the Class AA State Tournament this week at Murphy Center on the MTSU campus. SMHS lost 19-25, 19-25, 25-19, 25-19, 10-15 to Christ Presbyterian Academy (CPA) and then defeated Dyersburg 25-18, 25-20, 25-20 in a loser's bracket game on Wednesday. The Lady Panthers were beaten by Red Bank Thursday 25-24, 17-25, 18-25 and 18-25. The team members are, not in order, Lori Keck (1), Leslie Brown (2), Kristen Roark (3), Ashley Sebastian (5), Brittany Eller (7), Kelli Keck (11), Erin Keyes (13), Lynsi Jarrett (18), Meagan Zientara (20), Allie Blair (21), Heather Brady (32), Brooke Foster (35), Casey Swafford (42), Emily Bryant (44) and manager Lauren Williams. The Lady Panthers also won both the District 4AA regular season and tournament championship, the Region 2AA championship and the sectional championship.
