Stone volleyball team pounds Kingston

The Stone Memorial High School Lady Panther volleyball team beat district foe Kingston last Thursday in three straight games, 25-7, 25-8, 25-6.

"It was another complete team effort by the Lady Panthers," said Coach Meghan Kunzelman.

SMHS was led by Kelli Keck with nine kills and 21 assists, Mary K.

Krueger and Brittany Eller with six kills apeice. Krueger also tallied three

blocks. Chelbi Brady and Alli Brewer had five kills each and Allie Blair had

four kills. Leslie Brown led the team in serving with five aces.

After traveling to White County Monday, SMHS will host district foe CAK at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, travel to Anderson County Thursday and host CCHS Friday at 4:30 p.m.
