The 41st L. A. Fox Tennis Classic is under way through Saturday at the Cumberland County High School courts.
A couple of matches were played Thursday, with the remainder of the tournament being contested Friday and Saturday. All of the brackets are posted at CCHS.

SMHS wrestlers claim fifth place in state duals
The SMHS wrestling team placed fifth last weekend in the TSSAA A-AA State Duals team tournament in Franklin.

CCHS basketball teams sweep Warren County
The Cumberland County High School basketball teams swept a pair of District 6AAA games at Warren County Tuesday night to earn first-round byes into next week's district tournament and berths into the Region 3AAA Tournament the following week. Both tournaments are slated for the CCHS gym.
