A celebration of Billy's life will be held today, Feb. 15, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Pikeville Funeral Home. The family received friends Tuesday from 4 to 9 p.m. Interment will be in the Rigsby Cemetery.

Willa Pauline “Polly” Montgomery, 75, passed away Feb. 9, 2012, at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro following a brief illness. A memorial service was held at Woodfin Funeral Home in Murfreesboro Feb. 11. Visitation for friends and family was held at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home Feb. 12 with a brief funeral service immediately following. In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated and her ashes will be interred with her family in the Music Cemetery in Stephens Gap, TN.
