Terri Lynn Smith, 54, of Crossville, passed away Dec. 2, 2012, at Renaissance Terrace Care and Rehabilitation Center in Harriman, TN. Funeral services were held Dec. 5 at Bilbrey Funeral Home, with Bro. Ralph Reagan officiating. Interment was in Thomas Springs Cemetery.
She was born Aug. 5, 1958, in Crossville, the daughter of the late William Lester Phillips Jr. and Faye (Houston) Phillips. Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Toni and Logan Wilson of Crossville; and grandchildren, Kierstin Haynes and Brayden Akins, both of Crossville.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Bill Phillips, and sisters, Flo Phillips and Rose Hall.
Pallbearers were Randy Reagan, Jeremy Newcomb, Michael Davis, Jay Noffsinger, Cody Boles, Delbert Smith and Arnold Newsome.
Bilbrey Funeral Home, Inc. (www.bilbreyfh.com) was in charge of the arrangements.

The family received friends Tuesday, June 18, from 4 to 7 p.m. EDT at Evans Mortuary, with funeral service following at 7 p.m. President Charles Watkins officiated. Concluding and interment services will be today, June 18, at Roane Memorial Gardens at 10 a.m.
