CROSSVILLE — Wilma Ann Lawson, 70, of Crossville, passed away April 24, 2012. Funeral services were held April 27 from the chapel of Hood Funeral Home. Bro. Davis Harp officiated with burial in Thomas Springs Cemetery. Special music was provided by Judy Waldo.

She was born Feb. 12, 1942, in Wager, WV, the daughter of James and Flora Randolph Parks. She was a homemaker and a kind and loving Christian lady who loved her Lord and her family greatly.

She is survived by her sons, Larry Lawson and wife, Tammy, David Lawson and wife, Joyce, and Junior Lawson and wife, Chris, all of Crossville; brother, Danny Parks of Crossville; sisters, Judy Waldo of Crossville, Frances Fish of Crossville, Nancy Williams of Ravenscroft and Doris Miller of Pleasant Hill; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, W.T. Lawson; brother, Mack Parks; and sister, Betty Williams.

Pallbearers were Bobby Lawson, Billy Lawson, Aaron Lawson, Adam Lawson, Michael Barnwell and Jason Barnwell.

Hood Funeral Home and Crematory, LLC (www.hoodfuneralhome.com) was in charge of the arrangements.
