CROSSVILLE —
Funeral services for Mrs. Lucille Moore Caruth are scheduled for today, May 4, at Ligon and Bobo Funeral Home with the Rev. Terry Cathey and the Rev. W.L. Baker officiating. Interment will follow at the Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation was held Thursday from 2 to 8 p.m. and will be held after 10 a.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Caruth, 91, of Lebanon, passed away May 1, 2012, at the Life Care Center of Crossville.
Born Feb. 6, 1921, in Wilson County, she is the daughter of the late Robert Lee and Jennie Davis Moore. She was a homemaker and a member of Bartons Creek Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Charlie Caruth, June 27, 2001; grandson, Bryan Caruth; and brother, Glenn Moore.
She is survived by sons, James Caruth of Crossville and Mark Caruth and wife, Dena, of Watertown; grandchildren, Shelton Caruth and wife, Traci, of San Jose, CA, Alan Caruth and wife, Tanya, of Anchorage, AK, Dallas Caruth and wife, Kathryn, of Nashville, and Daniel Caruth of Watertown; and brother, Johnnie Lee Moore and wife, Annie Mae, of Lebanon.
Pallbearers are Dallas Caruth, Alan Caruth, Coleman Walker, John Walker, John Beal and Guy Dockery.
The family would like to pass on a very special thanks to the staff of Life Care Center of Crossville for their loving care given to “Mrs. Lucille” these last two-plus years.
Ligon and Bobo Funeral Home of Lebanon is in charge of arrangements.
