Marilyn West, born April 15, 1938, of Crossville, passed away at Cookeville Regional Medical Center Jan. 7, 2013. Per her wishes, there will be no funeral services. The family will hold a memorial gathering at the Crossville Depot Sunday, Jan. 13, from 1 to 5 p.m.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ole Bishop and Eunice Caldwell, and her husbands, Harry Joe Hartman and Paul West.
She leaves behind three children, Joe and James Hartman of Maryville, TN, and Velera West-Pace and husband, Robbie Pace, of Cookeville, TN; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her siblings Gladys Neal, Chester Bishop and Jeanette Hall, all of Crossville, TN; and her companion of ten years, Kenneth Winn.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or your local animal shelter.
Hooper, Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home and Cremation Services assisted the family.
