CROSSVILLE —
Willard Thomas Norris, 79, of Crossville, passed away April 18, 2012, at WyndRidge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Crossville. Funeral services were held at Newton Church of Christ April 20 with Bro. Dan Mosley officiating. Interment was in Newton Cemetery.
He was born Aug. 2, 1932, in Cumberland County, son of the late William Thomas and Flora Katheren (Wyatt) Norris.
Mr. Norris was a farmer and a member of Newton Church of Christ.
He is survived by 12 nieces and nephews and a host of great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Hubert Henry Norris, Emmet Harold Norris, Litton V. Norris, Everett L. Norris, Hobert Norris and Melvin Norris; and sister, Hazel Marie Sapp.
Bilbrey Funeral Home, Inc. (www.bilbreyfh.com) was in charge of the arrangements.

Burial will be in Haley's Grove Cemetery.

Visitation was held May 13 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, with a memorial service at 6 p.m. The Rev. Bill Harvey and the Rev. James Arland Anderson officiated. Burial will be private.
