Robert Rolo Sherrill, 73, of Crab Orchard, passed away Jan. 4, 2013. Funeral services were held Jan. 8 at Bilbrey Funeral Home, with Bro. Boss Saylor officiating. Interment was in Bat Town Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 7, 1939, in Crab Orchard, the son of the late Gaither and Nanny Elizabeth (Williams) Sherrill. Mr. Sherrill worked for Fairfield Glade Resort and was a member of the Church of God.
He is survived by his daughters, Marsha Reed (Frank), Sherry Reed, Angelia Barringer (Danny) and Renia Keyes (Kenneth), all of Crab Orchard; son, Gary Sherrill (Deborah) of Nashville; special friend, Marie Moore of Crab Orchard; brothers, Charles Sherrill of Florida, Ernie Sherrill of Crossville, Ira Sherrill and Willard Sherrill, both of Crab Orchard; sisters, Sue Vitatoe of Crab Orchard, Carolyn Sparry of Crossville, Billie Findley and Ruby Sherrill, both of Crab Orchard, Hattie Lewis and Louise Evans, both of Crossville; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Anna Faye Sherrill; son-in-law, Marshall Reed; brother, Raymond Sherrill; and sisters, Sandra Sherrill and Evelyn Smith.
Pallbearers were Jason Sherrill, Chuck Sherrill, Anthony Sherrill, Zack Reed, Mark Findley and Chase Keyes.
Bilbrey Funeral Home, Inc. (www.bilbreyfh.com) was in charge of the arrangements.

The family received friends Tuesday, June 18, from 4 to 7 p.m. EDT at Evans Mortuary, with funeral service following at 7 p.m. President Charles Watkins officiated. Concluding and interment services will be today, June 18, at Roane Memorial Gardens at 10 a.m.
