Patrick Lynn Demetro, of Crossville, passed away Oct. 8, 2008, in Columbus, OH. Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 11, at Bakers Crossroads Baptist Church, with the Rev. Danny Allen officiating. Mr. Demetro chose cremation. His ashes will be laid to rest at Turner Cemetery.
Mr. Demetro was born Sept. 17, 1954, the son of Pearl Farris Copeland and the late Miller Demetro Jr.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Pearl and Johnny Copeland of Crossville; brothers, Gary and Randy Demetro of Crossville, Shawn Adkins of Delaware, OH, and Shannon Adkins of Monterey; sisters, Kay Wilson of Monterey and Donna Adkins of Crossville; uncle, Thomas Farris of Crossville; aunts, Wanda, Edna Jean and Hattie Mae of Manchester; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Miller Demetro Jr.; grandparents, Wilson and Mae Farris, Miller Demetro Sr. and Minnie Demetro; brother, Richard Wayne Demetro; and uncles, Denny Demetro, Beecher Demetro and Robert Demetro.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.

Aileen Pridgen Patience, 92, of Crossville, passed away April 29, 2010. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 15, at Central Baptist Church, with the Rev. Roland Smith officiating. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA, at a later date.

This past Saturday, Cumberland County lost one of its most beloved figures when Mr. Claude Little passed away at Erlanger Hospital following a massive stroke incurred Wednesday, April 21. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 4, at Crossville First United Methodist Church at 1 p.m. Bilbrey Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
