Marguerite Jean DeMille, of Crossville, was called up by the Lord Nov. 1, 2009 at her home. A funeral mass was held Nov. 4 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Fairfield Glade.
She was born Dec. 21, 1927, in Ishpeming, MI, the daughter of Florian and Virginia Nault.
She married Wallace John DeMille Aug. 5, 1950, at St. Leo's Catholic Church in Milwaukee, WI.
Marguerite loved to help people. She worked as a registered nurse at St. Thomas hospital in Nashville between 1964 and 1978. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by sons, Craig, Paul and Mark; brother, Donald; sisters, Dorothy and Lois; six grandchildren, Kelly, Jacob, Mary Nicole, Phillip, Hayden and Karen; and three great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Christopher and Alexander.
She is survived by brother Donald and sisters Dorothy and Lois.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Wallace, and brother, Albert.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the charity of your choice.
