The SMHS Panthers beat Scott County 20-7 Friday night for a berth in the Class 4A playoffs on Nov. 7 at Livingston at 7 p.m. This is the Panthers' first trip to the playoffs. Kyle Miller (21) and a teammate give Coach Mark Wattenbarger the celebratory shower following the victory.
